Harnessing Your Body’s Natural Healing Power

Regenerative medicine offers an innovative, non-surgical approach to managing joint pain and inflammation by using the healing components of your own blood. These advanced treatments, including Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) and Alpha-2-Macroglobulin (A2M) injections, promote tissue repair, reduce inflammation, and provide long-lasting relief for conditions like osteoarthritis. The procedures are minimally invasive, biocompatible, and performed in-office, allowing for a quick recovery with no risk of allergic reactions or infections.

By isolating and concentrating growth factors, platelets, and protective molecules from your blood, these treatments work to repair damaged cartilage, tendons, and ligaments while slowing further degeneration. With ultrasound-guided precision, regenerative injections help restore mobility and function, offering an effective solution for those seeking to live a more active, pain-free life.

Beyond joint care, these powerful PRP therapies can also be used in procedures such as the P-Shot and O-Shot to enhance sexual wellness, in hair restoration treatments to promote natural hair growth, and in a variety of cosmetic applications. The O-Shot can also improve symptoms of stress urinary incontinence by strengthening and rejuvenating the pelvic tissues. From facelifts to breast lifts, PRP can accelerate healing and improve overall results, providing patients with a comprehensive suite of regenerative options.

Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP)

Platelet rich plasma, or PRP, uses a concentrated solution of your own blood with high levels of platelets and other growth elements. Platelets aid in clotting and healing, and growth factors are protein that stimulate tissue regeneration. PRP injections are helpful to repair damaged cartilage, tendons, ligaments, and muscles in your joints by targeting damaged tissue and providing you with important nutrients and protein signals to restore function and structure.

A2M

A2M, or alpha-2-macroglobulin, is a naturally occurring molecule found in the blood. This molecule acts as a powerful inhibitor of enzymes that cause inflammation and cartilage deterioration. By concentrating and injecting these molecules, you can prevent further joint damage and protect against painful, damaging inflammation.

P-Shot

Priapus Shot - Injections

The Priapus Shot, also known as the P-Shot, is an injection treatment that uses platelet-rich plasma (PRP) to improve penile function and enhance sexual performance in men.

What is the P-shot?

PRP is a concentrated solution of platelets, white blood cells, and growth factors found in the blood. When injected into the penis, PRP stimulates the growth of new blood vessels and tissue, which can improve blood flow, enhance sensitivity, and promote stronger and longer-lasting erections.

P-shot Procedure

The P-shot procedure begins with a private consultation and assessment of the patient’s sexual health concerns and goals. During the procedure, a small amount of blood is drawn from the patient and processed in a centrifuge to isolate the PRP. The genital area is then numbed with a topical anesthetic, and the PRP solution is injected into specific areas of the penis. The procedure typically takes about 30 minutes, and patients can resume their normal activities immediately afterward.

O-shot

Orgasm Shot - Injections

The O-Shot®, short for Orgasm Shot, is a non-surgical treatment aimed at improving sexual health and satisfaction in women.

What is the O-shot?

The O-Shot® involves the injection of PRP into specific areas of the vagina and clitoris to enhance sexual response and function. PRP is rich in growth factors and other bioactive proteins that stimulate tissue regeneration, increase blood flow, and promote collagen production. When injected into the genital region, PRP can improve lubrication, sensitivity, and overall sexual satisfaction, leading to enhanced arousal and more intense orgasms.

The O-shot can also improve symptoms of stress urinary incontinence by strengthening and rejuvenating the pelvic tissues. This natural, non-surgical treatment helps many patients regain bladder control and confidence.

O-shot Procedure

The O-Shot® procedure begins with a private consultation and assessment of the patient’s sexual health concerns and goals. During the procedure, a small amount of blood is drawn from the patient and processed in a centrifuge to isolate the PRP. The genital area is then numbed with a topical anesthetic, and the PRP solution is injected into specific areas of the vagina and clitoris using a fine needle. The procedure typically takes about 30 minutes, and patients can resume their normal activities immediately afterward.

PRP Hair Restoration

PRP (platelet-rich plasma) hair treatment involves injecting concentrated platelets from a patient’s own blood into the scalp to stimulate hair growth and potentially improve hair density and thickness. PRP therapy uses patient’s own blood plasma, which is rich in platelets and growth factors, to promote healing and regeneration.

How it works for hair loss:

PRP injections are thought to stimulate hair follicles, potentially awakening dormant follicles and encouraging them to enter the growth phase.

The Procedure:

  • A small amount of blood is drawn from the patient.
  • The blood is processed to concentrate the platelets.
  • The PRP is then injected into the scalp, typically in areas of hair thinning.

Potential Benefits:

  • May stimulate hair growth and thickness.
  • May help increase hair density.
  • May protect hair follicles from prematurely shedding.

Treatment Schedule:

  • A series of treatments is usually recommended, often spaced a few weeks apart.
  • Side effects can include mild pain, redness, or swelling at the injection sites.
  • PRP hair treatment typically involves minimal to no downtime, allowing patients to resume normal activities, including hair care routines, within 24 hours.

Cosmetic PRP - Vampire Series

Vampire Facelift:

A “vampire facelift,” also known as a PRP (platelet-rich plasma) facelift, is a non-surgical cosmetic procedure that uses a patient’s own blood to rejuvenate the skin, often in combination with dermal fillers, to address wrinkles, improve skin texture, and restore a youthful glow. The procedure involves drawing a small sample of the patient’s blood, processing it to concentrate the platelets (platelet-rich plasma), and then injecting the PRP back into the face, often alongside dermal fillers.

Benefits:

  • Rejuvenates skin quality of all skin tones
  • Reduces the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines
  • Improves skin texture and elasticity
  • Can help with scarring and sun damage
  • Restores a youthful glow

Procedure:

  • A small blood sample is taken and processed in a centrifuge to separate the PRP.
  • Dermal fillers are injected into the face to address specific areas of concern.
  • The PRP is then injected into the treated areas.
  • Minimal downtime: Resume normal activities within 24 hours.

Vampire Breast lift:

A “vampire breast lift” is a non-surgical cosmetic procedure that uses platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections to potentially improve breast fullness, skin texture, and tone, and reduce the appearance of wrinkles and scars. The procedure involves drawing a patient’s blood, separating the platelet-rich plasma (PRP) using a centrifuge, and then injecting the PRP into the breast tissue. The PRP contains growth factors that are believed to stimulate collagen production and improve blood circulation, potentially leading to firmer, more youthful-looking breasts.

Potential Benefits:

  • Improved breast fullness and shape.
  • Reduced appearance of wrinkles, stretch marks, and scars.
  • Improved skin texture and tone.
  • May improve nipple sensitivity.

Procedure:

  • During a vampire breast lift, your provider will take a blood sample. They’ll spin the blood in a centrifuge machine to separate the PRP.
  • Your provider will apply a numbing cream to your breasts to decrease your sensitivity during the procedure. Then they will use a thin needle to inject PRP into areas throughout your breasts.
  • The injections generally take about 20 minutes. The entire procedure usually lasts less than an hour. You can usually return to your regular activities immediately.
